   To change the microphone input to the Dialer shortcut, unlock the device

    You will notice that the microphone icon has been replaced with a Dialer shortcut.

    Swipe the screen and enter your passcode

    This will enable me to get straight to the Dialer. Do note that if you disable "Google Assist" as the default voice feature, you won't be able to access "OK, Google!" from your lock screen.
