   Apply facial powder to the top of your eyelids

   Apply eyeliner

   Apply eyeliner to your upper lash line. I prefer to go from the inner corner of my eye to the middle and then from the outer corner to the middle while using my little finger to help keep my hand steady so that the result will be a nice straight line.

   Draw an arrow on the sides

   Starting at just diagonal from the end of your eyebrow, just under your eye socket, form an arrow by drawing a line to the area just above the corner of your eye.

   Apply eyeliner to the other eye

   Again, I am going to start at the inner corner and draw a black line to the middle of my eye.

   Next, I am going to move the eyeliner pencil to the outer corner and draw a line to the middle of my eye

   Make sure you don't leave any spots not colored in.

   Draw the arrow

   .

   Start from where you want the end to be and connect it to the area between the corner of your eye and the middle of your eye. Then draw the lower part of the arrow. Beginning at the corner of your eye draw a line to form a small arrow. Don't forget to use a bit of mascara.
