Part One Pre-Op
Hi, everyone. Welcome to VisiHow. Today, I'm going to be showing you how to do a pre-op and post-op Barbie. This video is going to be in two parts. Pre-op will be the first part, and post-op will be the second part.
To start, pull any loose hair out of your face with a clip.
This tutorial begins after foundation application. A blush contour and eyebrow color has also been applied. Basically, just start with your favorite personal foundation routine.
After applying an eye shadow primer, use a brush to apply a shimmering champagne color to the upper eyelid. Start at the eyebrow, and then blend to highlight the brow bone. This will bring up and lift the eyebrow.
Next, add the same color to the lower part of the eyelid, and lift it up to blend with the top color. Be sure to highlight the entire lid, including the corners.
Take a bright purple color on the shadow brush and apply it to the crease.
Flip the color up slightly at the outer corner of the eyelid.
Then blend slightly with your finger.
Take a darker purple, one that isn't as bright, and apply it just beneath the first purple color on the crease.
Take a very hot pink colored eye shadow and add that to the crease area as well.
Next, add a dark violet color to the same area and create a line that is not as blended.
Use a large face brush to gently wipe away any excess shadow dust.
Blend the color on the lids with a fluffier shadow brush.
Take the end of a flat shader brush, and apply the dark vibrant purple shadow under the lash line.
Add black eyeliner and extend it into a very long wing. For a Barbie look, it needs to be very dramatic and enlarge the eyes.
Begin adding in surgical lines with black eyeliner. Make the lines appear as they might for cosmetic surgery procedures.
In this demonstration, we are showing what those lines may look like for a nose job and brow lift. Outline the top of the entire nose area, and put two arrows facing toward it to indicate bringing the nose in. Then add three short lines above each eyebrow.
Make the lines above the eyebrows arrows, indicating a lifting of the brow.
Add a broken line under each of the eyes. This would be the pre-op map for removing eye bags.
Now, draw a line across the upper cheekbone toward the temples for a contour lift.
Draw dotted lines below that to indicate placement of cheek implants.
Add a dotted line around the chin for fixing up that area.
Add a light Barbie pink color to the lips.
Add highlights to the center of the lips with the champagne colored shadow that was previously used on the eyes.
Add black lines to the outside of the lips to show that they will be enhanced with surgery as well.
Draw arrows facing out, showing that they should be made bigger.
Add fake lashes if preferred, then add mascara.
Thank you for watching this VisiHow video on how to do a pre-op Barbie doll makeup. Please stay tuned for part two of post-op, where there will be some blood and some bruises. If you have any questions, please feel free to comment below, and have a good day.
