You're watching VisiHow. In this video I'm going to show you how you can copy a group hashtag on the Kik application on the iPhone 6.
Steps
1
To begin we need to unlock our phone
.
Press the Lock button on the side or the Home button at the bottom.
2
Swipe and enter a passcode or just use the fingerprint scanner
.
3
Find the "Kik" icon which has a black speech bubble
.
4
Tap once to open the app
.
5
As we can see it takes us straight to our chat conversations
.
We can see them listed.
6
We can just click on a name to open up the conversation
.
7
We can click "Back" at the top left corner to get out of that particular chat
.
8
What we should do is find a group, if we're part of a group
.
Tap on the group name.
9
Then we can tap on the two overlapping circles in the top right-hand corner of the screen
.
10
This brings up some information about the group
.
This one says "#Flowers".
11
We need to tap on the vertical dots in the top right-hand corner
.
12
This will bring up some more options
.
13
Press on "Copy Group Hashtag"
.
14
Then press the "Back" arrow at the top left corner
.
15
16
If we like we can send the group to someone else by tapping on their name
.
17
We open a new message, and in the message line we'll press and hold down until the "Paste" option appears
.
Then we'll simply "Paste" the hashtag.
18
We see the hashtag is now in the message line
.
19
We just send it as a normal message by pressing the blue speech bubble on the right
.
20
We can press the "Back" arrow at the top left corner, and it takes us back to the screen where we started
.
