Contact Booking.com from iPhone 6

Hi, you're watching VisiHow and today I'm going to show you how to contact Booking.com on the iPhone 6 application.
To begin with, we should unlock our phone, which we can do by pressing the big round button at the bottom of our screen called our Home button or the Lock button here on the right-hand side of the handset.
Once the lock screen is up, we just swipe and we can enter our passcode, or like me, press our finger onto the Home button which doubles as a fingerprint scanner too. This takes us to our main screen. I keep everything in folders, so yours will look a little bit different than this.
We just need to find our Booking.com application, which in my case is in the "Travel" folder. Now the application itself is dark blue with a big capital 'B' in white and the small light blue circle next to that. We just tap once to open the app. It will automatically take us to the search screen.
We need to go to the top left corner where we have three horizontal lines. Tap that once to bring up this menu.
Now we need to go down to the bottom option called, "Information". We have an "I" in a little circle on the left-hand side. Just press that and scroll all the way down.
We'll just press "E-mail us". We have the option to e-mail Booking.com or rate the app, which we're not interested in now. It will start to compose an e-mail for us.
We can just press here and start typing whatever we like. At the top, it says, "iPhonefirstname.lastname@example.org". That's the address that's already found. When we're happy, just press "Send" like we would for a normal e-mail. For now, we're not going to bother with that. We can also link to 24-hour customer service.
To do that, press "24/7 Customer Service" and it brings up some options where we can manage our booking. "Got questions?" is like frequently asked questions.
We could tap "Contact us by email" and fill our e-mail in this way.
We could change the subject by bringing out this drop down menu and just choosing whichever one we like. We press on each box to start typing your name and details here. The little red star near the title means it's compulsory that we fill in those fields.
Our message goes here and we'll press "Submit Form" when we're happy with it.
If we're in a different country, press "Other regions & countries" and just open up that menu. As we can see, it's all in alphabetical order and we can choose the Booking.com service in our country. We have 24/7 customer service in the UK and the US as the default options. Both have local numbers and international numbers.
If we're happy with everything there, we can just press "Back" in the top left corner. It takes us back one time. We can press the three lines in the corner again and "Search" to get back to this main menu.
