Contact Amazon for Help from iPhone 6

You're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to contact Amazon through the Amazon application on the iPhone 6.
To begin, unlock the phone by pressing the lock button on the right-hand side. Alternatively, press the home button at the bottom. This will bring up the lock screen.
Swipe right and enter the passcode. Alternatively, press your finger onto the home button, which doubles as a fingerprint scanner, if that option is enabled.
Find and tap on the Amazon icon. The icon itself is white with "amazon" in black, with a blue shopping cart below it. This will open up the application. It will automatically take us to the home page where it offers us the most popular products, or items Amazon thinks we will be interested in.
Tap on the three horizontal gray lines in the top left corner.
Scroll down and tap on "Contact Us" in the final section of the menu. It's the fourth option up from the bottom.
Here we can choose exactly what we wish to contact them about. We can E-mail, Call, Provide Feedback, or we can contact them regarding a specific order. We will tap on "E-mail Customer Service" for an example.
Amazon will most likely ask for your Touch ID to confirm it's you.
Here we can say what we are having an issue with, such as our account, an order, our Kindle, or something else. We will tap on "Fire & Kindle" as an example.
Tap on the more specific option.
Tap on the exact problem.
Now we can type and add some extra comments as well, to explain the problem.
When we're happy, we can tap on "Done" in blue on the right-hand side.
Then we can tap on "Send E-mail" in yellow and the email will send.
If we don't send the email, we can go back by tapping the grey arrow in the top left-hand corner until we reach the main page.
We can also call customer service by tapping on "Call Customer Service", the second option.
We just need to choose what we are having an issue with.
We need to keep going through the options to select what exactly we need help with. We haven't made any transactions, but it will show up at the bottom when we have.
We can also go to our orders by tapping "Your Orders".
It takes us to the orders for the last 6 months. In this case, we don't have any orders yet, so there is nothing listed.
We can go back by tapping the grey arrow in the top left-hand corner.
We can also provide feedback by tapping on "Provide Feedback for the app" at the bottom. This will compose an email.
We can type whatever we'd like by tapping in the message body.
When we're done, we can press "Send" in the top right-hand corner. It has automatically put in the email address for us. Send it like any other email sent from the iPhone.
Tap the back arrow in the top left corner until we are at the home screen where we began.
Alternatively, tap on the 3 horizontal gray lines and tap "Home" which is the first option. This will take us back to where we began.
