Steps

    To begin, unlock the phone by pressing the lock button on the right-hand side

    Alternatively, press the home button at the bottom. This will bring up the lock screen.

    Swipe right and enter the passcode

    Alternatively, press your finger onto the home button, which doubles as a fingerprint scanner, if that option is enabled.

    Find and tap on the Amazon icon

    The icon itself is white with "amazon" in black, with a blue shopping cart below it. This will open up the application. It will automatically take us to the home page where it offers us the most popular products, or items Amazon thinks we will be interested in.

    Tap on the three horizontal gray lines in the top left corner

    Scroll down and tap on "Contact Us" in the final section of the menu

    It's the fourth option up from the bottom.

    Here we can choose exactly what we wish to contact them about

    We can E-mail, Call, Provide Feedback, or we can contact them regarding a specific order. We will tap on "E-mail Customer Service" for an example.

    Amazon will most likely ask for your Touch ID to confirm it's you

    Here we can say what we are having an issue with, such as our account, an order, our Kindle, or something else

    We will tap on "Fire & Kindle" as an example.

    If we don't send the email, we can go back by tapping the grey arrow in the top left-hand corner until we reach the main page

    We can also call customer service by tapping on "Call Customer Service", the second option

    This will compose an email.

    When we're done, we can press "Send" in the top right-hand corner

    It has automatically put in the email address for us. Send it like any other email sent from the iPhone.
