Connect the Cardiio App with Apple Health

You're watching VisiHow. In this tutorial, we are going to show you how to connect the Cardiio application to your Apple Health application on the iPhone 6. These are two different features. Cardiio's a third-party application and Apple Health is the built-in system on the iPhone.

    Tap on the Cardio icon to open the application

    Tap the switch to the right of "Heart Rate" to allow Cardio access to Apple Health

    Tap "Done" in the top right-hand corner

    This will allow Cardio to write information to Apple Health. We can now modify permissions or remove them. For now, we're going to keep these permissions.
