You're watching VisiHow. In this tutorial, we are going to show you how to connect the Cardiio application to your Apple Health application on the iPhone 6. These are two different features. Cardiio's a third-party application and Apple Health is the built-in system on the iPhone.
Steps
1
Tap on the Cardio icon to open the application
.

Tap on the "Settings" icon in the bottom right-hand corner

Tap the switch to the right of "Heart Rate" to allow Cardio access to Apple Health
.
5
Tap "Done" in the top right-hand corner

This will allow Cardio to write information to Apple Health. We can now modify permissions or remove them. For now, we're going to keep these permissions.

We can see the sources here
.
In this case, we have iPhone and Cardio.
11
Tapping on Cardio will give us the option to turn it off if we want to
.
12
If we tap on "iPhone" it will tell us where to access our Motion & Fitness settings
.
We'll demonstrate where that is right now.
13
Tap on the "Settings" icon
.
14
Scroll down and tap on "Privacy"
.
15
Tap on "Motion & Fitness"
.
Motion & Fitness allows us to have fitness tracking enabled or disabled on our iPhone.
