Welcome to VisiHow. In this tutorial, I am going to show you how to connect to the internet using your cell phone's Bluetooth technology and data plan. This is only recommended for short durations of time, for example if we're travelling and don't have access to WiFi.

   The first thing we want to do is ensure that the Bluetooth is turned on, on both the phone and computer

   Then we're going to make sure that it's paired together. To learn how to do that, watch the video on VisiHow. Once that's paired, we're going to right-click on the Bluetooth symbol. In this case, it's in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.

   Click on "Join a Personal Area Network"

   We will then be able to see our phone in this list

   Before we do this, we need to make sure that we have a good data plan. If we go over our data, it can get quite expensive. Click on "Connect using" at the top.
