Connect Bluetooth headphones to your Laptop running Windows 10 via Settings, or the Quick Action menu. The popularity of wireless headphones and headsets isn't going anywhere. If the trend to reduce cables continues at its current pace, we won't see any wires in the not too distant future, except for your power supply/charging cord.

The sheer convenience and hassle-free nature of Bluetooth headphones and speakers are undeniable. Nobody enjoys untwisting headphones that have coiled up, it can damage the wires, and it's a pain.

In the following Visi guide, we're going to go through the steps on connecting a Bluetooth headset to a laptop running Windows 10. For desktop users, you'll need a Bluetooth dongle to connect wireless devices.

Connect Bluetooth Headphones Via Settings in Windows 10

Please ensure that your Bluetooth headohones are powered on and discoverable.

    Press the Windows key + X at the same time.

    Select Settings from the Quick Link menu.

    Select Devices.

    Select the toggle switch to enable Bluetooth on your computer.

    Select Add Bluetooth or other device.

    Select Bluetooth

    Windows wil populate all discoverable devices within range.

    Once the list of devices populates, select your headphones, speakers, or headset.

    Once your Bluetooth headphones are connected, the message; Your device is ready to go! will appear near the top

    Select Done' to close the Add a device window.

    Select Disconnect if you wish to remove your Bluetooth device.

Connect Bluetooth Headset Via Quick Actions on Windows 10

Make sure your Bluetooth device is powered on and ready to be discovered by your Windows computer.

    Select the Quick Actions icon in the lower right corner of your screen (to the right of the clock), then select the Bluetooth button.

    Right-click the Bluetooth button, then select Go to Settings.

    Click Add Bluetooth or other device near the top.
