You can turn on the Power Saving feature on your Samsung Galaxy S4 to conserve your battery juice and use your phone for a longer period of time. This article will discuss how to configure your Samsung Galaxy S4 to get the most out of your battery.

Power Saving Mode is a feature on Samsung Galaxy S4 that allows you to run your phone using battery-saving levels. Under power-saving mode, you can minimize your phone's CPU performance, use lower screen brightness and turn off haptic feedback to extend your phone's battery life. This mode will allow you to use your phone longer especially when you are on low battery power.

   1. CPU Power Saving - allows you to minimize CPU performance in order to save battery power.
   2. Screen Power Saving - allows you to use a low power level for your phone's touchscreen.
   3. Turn off Haptic Feedback - allows you to turn on or off the Haptic Feedback. Haptic is the vibration that you feel when do something with your phone.

How can I save battery on my Samsung Galaxy 4?

You can save your battery by doing the following.

• Turn on Power saving mode. Please read "Configuring power saving mode on Galaxy S4" in this wiki.

• After doing that, please also make sure that GPS, WiFi and Bluetooth are all turned off if not needed.

• You can also set your phone's screen brightness to the lowest level if you are always indoors.

Why does my S4 turn the volume DOWN at 30%, when the power save function kicks in, in spite of my switching the function OFF?

I miss TXT and Calls because the 30% BATTERY CHARGE LEVEL leaves me with reduced volume. I even tried to configure the power save settings to set VOLUMES at FULL. Still persists! HELP PLEASE!!!
