Are you having problems configuring your blackberry? Following the steps below should solve your problems

BlackBerry APN Settings: APN is very important to connect to the web. It is the gateway to connecting your mobile to the world of data. A mobile device must be configured with an APN to present to the carrier, before making a data connection

Follow these settings:

   On Home screen, click Options.

Do I need a username and password for BlackBerry.net APN?

I had activated a BlackBerry data plan, but still my main balance is being deducted. I contacted my service provider and they suggested that I change my APN settings, but they didn't provide any username and password. And still my main balance is being deducted.

Try your carrier's APN settings from the list above. If the username and password are left blank in the list, it's likely that your carrier doesn't require a username and password for their APN. However, if it doesn't work without a username and password, you will need to call your carrier back and ask for the BlackBerry-specific APN username and password that they use for their network.
