We have also confirmed their stay details, such as the number of nights and the number of guests in the room, and the type of room they will be staying in. We have attained their guarantee or their method of payment. We have also had them sign a registration card if we are not paperless, and we have issued their room keys. Following this process, we need to appropriately send the guest up to their room.
