Hello, and welcome to VisiHow. In this video, we are going to show you how to comment on a Vine when using the Vine application on a Microsoft Lumia 535.

   To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on the right-hand side of the phone

   Once the phone has been activated, swipe the lock screen up to enter the home screen

   Find and press the Vine tile on the home screen to enter the application

   It will flip between either images from recently viewed Vines, or it will show a turquoise background with the white Vine symbol on it, which is a "V". This will show images from Vines that have been recently viewed. If it has not been pinned to the home screen, swipe across the screen and find it in the apps menu.

   Tap the video to pause it, because the application likes to play Vines automatically

   To comment on a Vine, press the icon underneath the video that appears as a gray speech bubble with three horizontal lines in it

   Type a comment in the comment box

   The number "120" on the middle-right side of the screen shows how many characters are available for commenting. The number will decrease as the comment is typed.

   Press the icon of a person with a plus sign under the comment box to address someone directly

   It will put a "@" sign in the comment box, and you can add a person's name.

   Press the icon of the label and plus sign below the comment box to add a hashtag and a "#" symbol will appear

   .

   You can add it to a theme or a conversation on a particular subject, for example, "#beyoncesinging". It will send this Vine to that hashtag place. It will connect it to Twitter and other hashtag platforms.

   Write anything and add some emoticons or smiley faces

   To send the comment, press the icon to the right of the comment box, which appears as a white arrow inside of a turquoise box. After pressing the button, it will publish the comment, but you will also have the power to delete it.
