   To begin, unlock your phone by pressing the round button at the bottom of the screen

   Swipe to the right to enter your passcode

   As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the 'Home' button to use the fingerprint scanner.

   On the 'Home screen', find the 'SnapChat' application

   In this example, it is located in the 'Social' folder. The icon is yellow with a white ghost inside. Tap it once to open the application. This will automatically take you to the camera, where you can take a photo. In this example, it is set to the back camera.
