Steps

The icon looks like a grid of white squares. In our demonstration, it is at the bottom right corner of our screen.

It may be necessary to scroll horizontally through the phone's screens.

We need to enter the settings menu. This can be done two ways.

Tap the icon in the top right corner of the screen

In the menu that drops down, tap "Settings"

This is one way to access the settings. Let's look at the second way.

At the very bottom, tap the blue button

It says, "CLEAR BROWSING DATA".

From here, we can select exactly what we want to clear. We can clear "Browsing history", "Cache", "Cookies, site data", "Saved passwords", and "Autofill data". For this demonstration, we will clear our browsing history, our cache, and our cookies.

Tap options to select them for deletion and then tap "CLEAR"

That's it, we've just cleared all our browsing history, cache, and cookies in Chrome on our Samsung Galaxy S4.
