Hello and welcome to VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to select a notification sound for Viber on an HTC One M8.

   To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on top of the phone

   Once the phone has been activated we will see the lock screen.

   To unlock the phone, swipe the screen up

   Once the phone has been unlocked we will see the home screen, and at the bottom we will see 5 icons. We now need to open the application folder.

   We can do that by tapping the icon in the middle, at the bottom of the screen

   There is a grid of white dots. This is the icon for the applications folder.

   Now that the folder has been opened, we need to find and tap the Viber application

   .

   There is a Viber icon, which is a purple speech bubble with a white telephone inside, and underneath it says the word "Viber". Your application may be in a different location, so look for the icon in your folder. Now we need to find the settings menu.

   To do that, we need to tap the icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen

   If the option is faded and we can't access it, then we need to make sure the "Use system sounds" option is enabled. The circle should be turquoise with a white check mark. If it isn't, press down on it one time. When the circle is empty, it is deactivated.

    Scroll up and down to see all of the different ringtones, and tap on one to preview it

    When we've found the one, we make sure there's a circle next to it and press "OK" in the bottom right-hand corner of the window

    To change it again, press down on it again and select another sound.
