- 5If you choose "DSound (compatible)", more games will be compatible with the audio output; but the frame rate might be a little slower than with "WASAPI (fast)". Change this setting according to your preference. Then, you are free to play the game.You can also click either "DSound (compatible)" or "WASAPI (fast)".
