Messages sent on WhatsApp not appearing on network usage?

Hi there my network usage on WhatsApp shows 0 messages sent when I have sent lots of messages. Would you know why? Thank you. My network usage updates all call received and outgoing, all messages received but not sent. I was wondering how that is possible. I have tried: I don't know what to try any suggestion would be appreciated. I think it was caused by: I have no idea what would cause the problem. I have changed 3 phones in a space of 2 months as they were manufacturer faults
