Hello and thank you for watching VisiHow. Today I will show you how to check into a place on Facebook on the LG L70.

   To begin, unlock the phone by pressing the power button on the top, right-hand side

   Then swipe up once to get to the home screen

   Facebook is installed on the home screen in this example

   .

   It is a blue box with a white letter "f" inside of it. If this icon is not on the home screen it can be accessed through the Apps menu. The Apps menu icon is on the lower, right-hand corner of the home screen. It is a grey box with a set of white squares inside of it.

   Tap on the Facebook icon to open it directly from the home screen

   This brings us to our Facebook news feed and from here we would like to check in.

   Press on "CHECK IN" and we will be given a list of places that are closest to us

   "CHECK IN" is across the top, in the white bar, there are three options: "STATUS," PHOTO," and "CHECK IN."

   Tap on one of the places in the list if we are there

   Alternatively, we can search for a new place. This example will check into the closest place.

   We can tag friends from here or skip tagging friends if we are alone

   Tap "SKIP" in the upper, right-hand corner

   We have the choice to write something on the new page or select "POST" which is in the upper, right-hand corner

    Press "Post" to check in

    We will receive a notification at the top, center of the screen that the check in has been posted

    Press the "X" in the upper, left-hand corner to close the page and be taken to the news feed
