    To access the battery, we will need to go to the notification panel

    We tap and swipe down the screen from the top of the home screen.

    In the top right-hand corner, we will be able to find a gear-shaped Settings icon

    The icon stands for Settings. We tap it once.

    Once we are in Settings, we must tap on "General" once

    We need to look for "Battery" under "Device manager" on the left-hand panel.

    We continue to scroll down until "Battery" is found

    We tap "Battery" once
    .
    The battery performance setting will be shown. We will be able to see the battery percentage and for how long was the battery running without plugging the device into the charger. In this video, the battery charge is at 22%, and the device is not being charged. The battery running time is over a day. We can see things on the device that have consumed the most of the battery charge. In this case, "Screen" was taking 47% of the battery charge. "Android OS" was taking 25%. Tinder and other applications and services were taking the rest.

    If we would like to save battery power, we can tap the item that consumes the most of the battery charge
    .
    For example, we can tap "Screen". We can reduce the screen brightness and screen timeout, which will significantly reduce battery drainage.
