   The first thing you need to do is open Kaspersky Total Security

   When the program has been opened, click "Additional Tools" at the bottom of the window

   When the "Tools" section opens, click the "Application Control" box on the right side of the screen

   .

   The lower half of the screen will show "Current activity" information. In this case, you can see that 48 applications and 65 processes are running; and CPU usage is around 50 percent. Memory usage is around 48 percent, Disk usage and Network traffic are shown on the right side of the lower half of the window.

   At the bottom, you can click the "Show all activity" link for more detailed information

   A section will open that basically acts as a task manager. You can see all of the applications that are running in the "Running" tab.
