Once we plug in the charger, you will note that it will begin charging by the LEDs at the top. In this video, the charge meter indicates that there are two bars of the battery power; and the third one is currently in process of charging. There is a number of battery capacity LED indicators: all four indicate a 100% charge, three indicate a 70% charge, two indicate a 40% charge, and one indicates a 15% charge. If all of the LEDs are flashing or are not displayed, then that indicates that there is no further charge. If the battery is charging, the LED indicator gives you the status of how much of the charge you have. In the event that there is fault or an internal problem with the battery, all four of these will constantly flash. If your APC is doing that then you have a problem.
