My wallpaper background is still black even though I changed it many times?

Even though I changed my wallpaper to the settings menu, my wallpaper still hasn't appeared. I have tried: Changing my wallpaper to other images and restarting/refreshing my phone over and over again. I think it was caused by: I don't know

If this is happening it might be the result of missing one final step in the process of adding wallpaper to your lockscreen.

Go to the Start screen and swipe downwards on the notification bar to reach your Settings screen. Then choose "lock screen" from your list of options. Tap change photo and select the option that asks you to tap the wallpaper image you want to decorate your lock screen.

Now here is where you may be missing a vital step. You need to scroll way down to the bottom of the page and check save in a box. Many people miss this box because of the layout of the Settings Page. If you just lave your choice of image in the field without saving it, it will never appear on your phone.

Wall paper is not getting changed. Kindly help me fix the same?
