Hello and welcome to VisiHow, today I'm going to show you how to change the theme on your 3DS system.

   In this video, I'm going to be using a normal 3DS, but this will also work just the same on a 3DS XL

   If we have not already, we must open up the device and turn it on with the power button.

   The reason we're going to want to use a theme is because it adds personalization to our 3DS

   What a theme does is, change the color or other effects of our home screen on our 3DS.

   I'm currently not using a theme and it's just the original boring whiteness that we'll see around our 3DS

   To change the theme that were using, all we have to do is tap on the house icon on the top left

   Tap on "Change Theme"

   Once we reach this screen, we can slide through the options and pick whichever theme we think is the most interesting

   For example, we're going to change our theme to the blue theme

   Just tap on it and everything about our 3DS has just changed

   Both the top screen and the bottom screen have been affected with this theme

   If we don't like any of the themes available to us, we can still get access to other themes that we might like a little bit more.

    This time, we're going to to tap on "Theme Shop".

    Using the Theme Shop we can use our own money and buy different types of themes

    There are tons of other types of themes that we can get

    We can just manage our way through here and find whichever theme suits us the most.
