- 11That is the current limit for any mail. That means that we can not receive or we can not download any mail that is larger than this. If we press down on this box, it will bring up some more options. Now, if we scroll down we are looking for this option that says, "Mail size limit." Right now we can see it says "5KB" underneath.
- 12We don't know if we have a certain data plan, or if we are using Roaming, or if it's expensive. We don't want to download a massive file. Or if it takes up too much space also. Right now, we can see that "5KB" is selected. This blue circle is there. The other options range from "Headers only," to "2KB," "10KB," "20KB," or "50KB," or "Text only, no pictures," or "Maximum size." Remember the pictures do take up a lot of room, and they take up a lot of memory as well. They increase the file size dramatically. If we want "Maximum size," if we want to accept anything that we are sent then we can select that also. Select the choice that's right and remember that if we have a computer we can always go to the computer to check the bigger files and just receive maybe the smaller ones on the phone, if that is desirable. Choose the option that's right. Press down on that option. We're going to press down on "10 KB."What this option does is it helps us to set a size limit so that we don't download too much data.
