You're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to change the date on an iPad Air 2. In order to set a new date on an iPad, the "Settings" option needs to be accessed.

   Locate and tap a gray-and-silver "Settings" icon

   Once tapped, tap on "General" on the left

   Then, scroll down the right side until you find "Date & Time"

   You will see several options under "Date & Time" in the menu.

   In order to change the date, disable the "Set Automatically" option

   .

   You can do that by tapping its switch on the right. It should change from green to gray. Now, you will be able to change the date. In this video, "Nov 19, 2015" will appear.

   Tap on the date to change it

   Change the date by scrolling up and down the left date column

   You can scroll through all of the dates. You can move back too. The setting depends upon your personal preferences.

   When you have the right date, simply tap on the "General" back arrow

   This will take you back to the "General" menu.

   If you want to confirm the date, tap once more on "Date & Time"
