   Scroll all the way down until you see "Date and time" under "System"

   Tap "Date and time" to select the date, time, time zone, and time and date formats

   Tap "Set date" to change the date

   Choose the date

   .

   You can change it by pressing the arrows above and below the date, or by choosing the day on the calendar. The day will be shown on the calendar too. Since it is May 5th, 2015 today, I'll set to that date.
