    This will open up your lock screen where you swipe across the screen or enter your password, pattern, PIN, or other lock methods to open up the main home screen.

    Once you are on the home screen, there are two different ways that you can access the settings menu, which is a necessary menu in order for you to change the language

    The first method is by swiping down from the top of the phone screen.

    Once you have swiped down across the screen, you can then note that there is the gear-shaped icon on top for settings

    One press will bring you back to the home screen

    There you will find that there is an "Apps" ("applications") button on the bottom right-hand side of the phone. It looks like a small checkerboard. Tapping it one time will bring up your applications folder.

    In the applications folder, you will find that there is a number of applications and icons for all of the programs on your device

    Simply look for the gear-shaped icon, which is "Settings", and tap it one time. This will take us to the "Settings" menu.

    One press on that will bring up the list of menu options, which will allow me to change the language to Russian ("Русский"), as we have discussed it at the beginning of this guide

    If you scroll down, you will notice that all of the languages are listed alphabetically; however Russian is not in this list. This is because Russian uses Cyrillic letters, which are unlike the letters of the English alphabet. You can see "Русский" here as the option. Simply tap it one time, and this will convert the system language of the phone into the Russian language.

    Once you are in the applications folder, you should be able to scroll through until you find a gear-shaped icon just like the gear-shaped icon that was available on your notifications panel

I'm planning to buy a New RCA 11 Maven Pro Tablet 2 in 1 Android 5.0 and not sure about the option to switch to the Russian language

These languages are installed based on Regions of sale. Before you purchase, ask them to check the system language options for Russian.

What do you mean by root of my C drive on my Computer? Just into C drive or in specific folders?

I don't understand what you mean by "Extract the ADB Folder into the root of your C drive." Do I just put it into my C drive? Or into a specific folder?

Root means into C:\ directly and not into any folder.

Possibility to change everything in the phone from Hungarian to English?

Bought a brand new Samsung S8 64 GB from Amazon and when I switched on the phone everything was in Hungarian. Is it possible to have everything on the phone in English? When I mean everything I mean everything
