Change Views in Microsoft Word 2010

Hello and welcome to VisiHow. In this video, I'm going to show you how to switch to another view in Microsoft Word 2010.

Steps

  1. 1
    Currently, I'm in the Outline view and if I would like to switch to the Print Layout view, I'm going to press 'Alt', 'Control', 'P'
    .
    And you can see I've switched to what for many people would be the standard view that they would use while compiling essays or other documents.

    If I want to switch back to the Outline view, I'm going to press 'Alt', 'Control', 'O'
    .
    This will switch me back to the Outline view.

    The third view is the Draft view
    .
    To switch to that, I'm going to press 'Alt', 'Control', 'N'. And there, I've switched to the Draft view.

    If I want to switch back to the Print Layout view again, I press 'Alt', 'Control', 'P'
    .
    That returns me to the standard view.
