Hello, you are watching VisiHow. In this tutorial, we will show you how to change user account controls on Windows 7 computers. Please note, you need to be logged in as an administrator to be able to make these changes. As an example, if you open a program installer, you will be prompted to allow the program to make changes to the computer. If you would like to change when you are notified about changes to your computer, you can do so in the control panel.
