    To begin, open the emulator

    In this video, there is a shortcut for PPSSPP on the desktop. You may have your program saved in a different location.

    When the emulator opens, click "Settings" in the menu on the right side of the window

    In the "Settings" menu, make sure "Graphics" is selected on the left side of the window

    On the right side of the window, scroll down to the "Texture filtering" heading
    .
    There are three options in this heading. The first one is "Anisotropic filtering". It is currently set to "16x". This means that the textures will look much better, but the performance of the computer may be slower.

    You can click on "Anisotropic filtering" to change this setting

    You can change this setting according to the capability of your system and your own preference.

    For a slower computer, it may be better to click "Off"

    Click the next option, "Texture filtering"
    .
    It is now set to "Auto". The pop-up box that appears will allow you to change "Texture filtering" to "Nearest", "Linear", or "Linear on FMV".

    You should also change the "Texture filtering" setting according to the capabilities of your computer
    .
    If you are not sure about your the capabilities, click "Auto". This is the best selection. The "Nearest" option requires more power from the computer, while "Linear" requires less power. The difference between "Linear" and "Linear on FMV" should be tested on several games. Some games demand either.

    Click the third option, "Screen scaling filter"

    It is currently set to "Linear".

    You can change "Screen scaling filter" to "Nearest"
    .
    "Nearest" requires more power from the computer, but produces slightly better graphics than "Linear". Let's click "Linear".
