Steps

    Open the file explorer. In our case, it's a desktop shortcut labeled "This PC". Double-click to open the folder.

    Navigate to the folder where we want to change the sizes of the icons within it. In our case, we will go to "VisiHow", G. Double-click to open the folder. In our "VisiHow" folder, we have three folders. We can change the display size. Let's look at one of the easiest ways to do this.

    In the bar along the top of the window, click "View". Now, we can change the size of the folders' icons. Currently, ours is selected to show the "Details". We can click to select "Small icons", "Large icons", "List", "Medium icons" and "Extra large icons".

    Click an option to select the display according to preference. In this example, we will select "Small icons".

    Double-click on "View" to hide the menu from file explorer. Now we have set the size of the folders according to our preference.
