You're watching VisiHow. In the previous tutorial, we downloaded a PlayStation Portable emulator. This is a tutorial on how to change the button style of the on-screen controls in the PlayStation Portable emulator.

Steps

    To begin, open the emulator
    .
    A shortcut for PPSSPP is on the desktop in this video. You may have your shortcut saved in a different location.

    Once the emulator has been opened, click "Settings" in the menu on the right side of the window

    Click "Controls" on the left side of the window

    On the right side of the window, scroll down until you find "Button style"
    .
    The current setting is "Thin borders".

    You can change the "Button style" setting by clicking it
    .
    A pop-up window will appear. It will allow us to change the style to "Classic".

    To see how the buttons look with "Thin borders", close the window by clicking away and scroll up through the menu

    There is a difference between the two styles.

    With "Thin borders" still selected, click "Edit touch control layout"

    A controller diagram will appear on the screen showing the "Thin borders" style.

    Now, go back to "Button style" by clicking it

    Click "Classic"

    Go back to "Edit touch control layout" by clicking it

    You will be able to see a difference in how the buttons look after selecting "Classic". Change the "Button style" setting according to your preference, and then you can play games.
