Change Progress Report Type in My Fitness Pal on iPhone 6
Edited by Freya, Alexander Avdeev
Hello! You are watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how you can change your progress report type in the My Fitness Pal application on the iPhone 6.
To begin, we should unlock our phone, which we can do by pressing the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone.
Alternatively, we can press the big round home button located at the bottom of the screen.
We can enter our passcode or just hold the finger onto the home button, which doubles as a fingerprint scanner as well. This will open the home screen.
We should find the My Fitness Pal icon. In my case, it is in the "Useful" folder. The icon itself is blue with a symbol of a person in white jumping, and there is a grey tab in the top-left corner of the icon.
We tap My Fitness Pal to open the application. It will immediately take us to the home screen.
We need to tap the "Progress" icon along the gray bar. The icon is located on the right-hand side at the bottom of the screen, and it has a small picture of a graph as well just to help us. Tapping it will bring up our progress report.
We need to tap the calendar icon. The icon with a grey calendar is located in the white area along the top and underneath the "Progress" title. To the right of the icon, there is an update period (for example, "1 Month"). By tapping this option, we can choose exactly how we want our report to be shown.
For example, we can scroll down to "All".
We can tap the cross on the left-hand side to discard the changes.
Alternatively, we can tap the white tick to confirm the change. The graph will change.
For example, we can also scroll to "1 Week".
We tap the white tick to confirm the change. The graph will change accordingly each time. In our example, the graph does not look interesting because the data are not filled very often, but we can see how the report type changes the type of graph depending on our progress.
If we want to return to the home menu, we just tap the "Home" icon. The icon has a picture of a house and is located in the bottom left-hand corner. We are going to be exactly where we began
