    First thing that you need to do is unlock the screen.

    Press this little gear button here and the button that appears on the left. Now that we are on the settings menu, we are going to need to locate the network settings.

    And the last one is mobile networks, we need to click this. Now we are in the mobile networks settings. You will have several options here. Data connections set to on or off, data roaming network mode, preferred network senable always on, mobile data access point names and network operators.

    Now we need to go to the network mode in case that your phone is dual SIM. You're going to need to choose the operator or the SIM card here.

    The difference between these modes is that if you choose GSM only, it will only work on the second generation network which is quite slower than the third one, which is WCDMA .

Forgot my mobile password, I am unable to open it?

    • You may need to use an adapter to do that.
