The first thing that we need to do is log into the Office portal

Once we're logged in, we need to navigate to the upper right-hand side of the screen and look for the gear-shaped settings icon

We'll click the settings icon once

This will open up a small series of three menu options.

As the mouse cursor goes over each option, the option changes color to a darker gray

Then, it changes back to white once we've moved off it. Mouse over the "Change theme" option, which will turn it into a slightly darker color.

Click on the "Change theme" option once to open up a window where we have a series of themes from which we can select

Currently, we have a black bar on top going across the window.

For example, we can click on the theme with a series of bright green stars and trees, which is called "One World"

A single click on the "One World" theme will change our upper area into a bright green area.

If we are pleased with the choice, we can click the "OK" button

If we are not pleased with the choice, we can click "CANCEL"

For now, let's click "CANCEL"; so we can see it revert back to the old setting

"CANCEL" has closed the window, and we are back to our previous black bar now.

Let's click the settings icon one more time

Once more, we will click "Change theme"

Click again on the green "One World" theme

This will again temporarily change our upper area into a green bar.

Now, we are going to click "OK" instead of "CANCEL"

One click on "OK" will save our changes. Now, our main window will remain in the green color. We will also notice that linked texts have changed color. They are green in this example, as opposed to the previous color which made them more difficult to read or see. If we want to change the theme, then this is the way to do that. It's very simple and very easy.
