Hello, and welcome to VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to change the maximum MMS message size on an HTC One M8.

   Press the Power button on the top of the phone to turn the screen on

   .

   Once the screen has been turned on, we will see the lock screen.

   Press down on the lock screen and swipe up to unlock the phone

   Once the phone has been unlocked we will see the Home screen, and at the bottom of the Home screen will be the main icons.

   Tap the Messages icon at the bottom of the screen, left of the middle, to open the Messages app

   The Messages icon appears as a white message bubble with three green horizontal lines on it.

   Tap the Menu icon in the top right corner of the screen to view the Options menu

   The Menu icon appears as three small white squares in a vertical line.

   Tap "Maximum message size" to change the maximum MMS message size

   In this example, we can see that it is currently set at 300K. 300K is the maximum available size, but we may want to decrease the size if we do not want to use up a lot of space, or if we have a limited package with our mobile phone service. Limiting MMS size is a way to decrease our usage.

   Tap the MMS message size we would like to use

   .

   The current size is indicated by the blue circle. This will set the maximum size at the selected size, and return us to the MMS Settings.

   We can now see that the "Maximum message size" has been changed to the selected size

   In this example, it has changed to 100K.
