Edited by Lukward Thomason, Crystal, Eng
Hi, you're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to change the default search engine in your Google Chrome web browser while using a Windows 7 computer.
Start by opening Google Chrome.
To use the search function, type your query into the address bar at the top and press enter. For an example, I will search for "tutorial".
As you can see, Bing is currently set as the default search engine. To change that, go to the settings.
To go to the settings, click the menu button in the top left corner.
Once you're in the Settings, look for "Search". In the "Search" section, the default is set to "Bing".
Click on the arrow to see the other options. A drop-down menu will open where you can select the default search engine. For this tutorial, I will choose Google.
Now, I will search for "tutorial" again and press enter. As you can see, it is currently using Google.
This concludes the tutorial on how to change the default search engine in the Google Chrome web browser while using a Windows 7 computer. If you have any comment or questions, please leave them in the comment section below. Thank you for watching VisiHow.
