   To begin, press the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone

   Alternatively, we can unlock our phone by pressing the round button at the bottom of the screen

   Swipe to the right to enter your passcode

   As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.

   Find and tap on the Pinterest application, which has a red and white icon that has a white "P" inside of a red circle

   This will take us to the main dashboard.

   Select the new choice, in this example we will change it to male

   As we can see, now it says male.

    We can also tap on "Custom" and type in whichever gender we like if we don't identify as strictly male or female

    When we're finished, we will tap the red "Done" button in the top-right corner

    The red check mark will indicate whichever option we have selected. If we had typed and saved something in "Custom", it would indicate there.

    In this example, we will change it back to female by tapping on "Female", and it will save and finish automatically
