Hi! You're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to change the double-click speed in Windows 8.
First thing that we need to do is access the Control Panel. The easiest way to do this to right-click on the lower-left corner of the screen.
We click "Control Panel".
When the "Control Panel" window opens, we need to click "Hardware and Sound".
In the "Hardware and Sound" section, we click "Mouse" in the "Devices and Printers" subsection.
When the "Mouse Properties" window opens, we need to drag the slider in the "Double-click speed" section.
If we want the double-click speed slower, we have to click the slider and drag it to the left.
If we want the double-click speed faster, we have to click the slider and drag it to the right.
We click "OK" after the setting has been adjusted according to our preference.
We can close the "Hardware and Sound" window.
This concludes the tutorial on how to adjust the double-click speed in Windows 8. Thank you for watching VisiHow! If you have any other comments or questions, please leave them in the comment section below.
