    We need to access the notification panel by swiping our finger down from the top on the home screen

    We tap the gear-shaped icon in the top right-hand corner of the notification panel

    The icon stands for settings. In the "Device" menu, we will find "Sound and display" and "Personalization". Under "Personalization", the last option is "Blocking mode".

    Let's tap "Blocking mode"

    Samsung will inform us: "When this mode is turned on, notifications for the selected features will be turned off."

    We turn on "Blocking mode" by tapping the switch near "Blocking mode"

    Samsung will inform us under "Blocking mode": "To turn on Blocking mode, turn on at least one option below."

    As both options in "Features" are turned on, we can turn one off by tapping the checkbox

    For example, let's turn off our notifications. Now, with "Blocking mode" turned on, all of the notifications will be turned off. That means that nothing will interrupt us from making a video, for example. Turning off notifications can be handy when studying, making notes, watching a movie, or performing any other activity.

    We can also tap the "Always" checkbox to always have the alarm

    We can also set it as turned on from a certain time to a certain time.

    To turn "Blocking mode" off, we simply tap the switch next to "Blocking mode"
