If you would like to know how to cancel your mSpy subscription, this tutorial will help you. We will discuss how to manage your subscription, renew your subscription, cancel your subscription, disable auto renewal, and even update your credit card. This is a tutorial specifically geared towards users of the mSpy cell phone spy application.

Before you can do anything with your subscription, you will need to log onto mSpy
.
This is accomplished by navigating to the mSpy page, or mSpy link that was provided to you when you signed up for your free trial or paid subscription.

Once you have logged onto the mSpy control panel, you will see the dashboard
.
At the bottom of the dashboard, on the left-hand side you will see the option for "Billing". Click one time and you will be taken to the billing page.

Before selecting or modifying any options here, make sure you are on the right device
.
Some people will have more than one device, in which case you'll want to make sure you're turning off or disabling the correct device. This is done by using the drop-down menu in the upper left area to select the active device you wish to manage.

Once you have selected a device, proceed to the next section of this tutorial.

In order to renew your mSpy subscription, you need to select the renewal term you wish to purchase
.
This can be from one month to three months to one year - whatever works best for you. In the event you are pleased with the mSpy application, and have successfully spied on phones, we recommend a one-year subscription. If, however, you have a specific task you needed to accomplish, then you may only wish to have a one-month subscription.

To select a subscription, simply highlight it, at which point it appears in blue
.
Then click on that option. This will update the system to show the selection as your currently chosen subscription.

When you are satisfied with your selection, click one time on the green "Renew Subscription" button
.
Clicking this button will take you to a new page.

On this new page you will see your chosen subscription shown in the upper right-hand area

Make sure to fill in all of the requested information in the left columns.

Once you have filled in all of the requested information, you will need to check the boxes indicating that you agree to the terms and understand the requirements needed to install the application

Then click one time on the blue "Submit Order" button. This will process your payment.

To cancel your mSpy subscription, click once on the "Request Cancellation" button
.
Once you have clicked this button a pop-up window will appear. It has several fiends that require your input to proceed.

The first thing you will need to fill in is your email address
.
Simply enter the email address you used to sign up with.

Next you will need to select the reason for your request to cancel your mSpy subscription
.
There are a number of reasons, and selecting the appropriate reason will assist the people at mSpy to provide better service, and it might even help correct the reason why you have decided to cancel.

Then you will need to enter in any additional information you may have about the problem or your reasons for cancelling your mSpy subscription
.
Note that you do not actually need to type in anything, but as mentioned earlier, there may be a solution to the problem you have experienced.

Finally, click once on the green "Send" button
.
This will send your request, and you will receive an email notice confirming that your subscription has been cancelled. If you wish to enable your subscription again, simply click the "Request Cancellation" button once more, and your subscription will be enabled again.
- Note that the button text changes when turning the subscription back on, and should read "Enable Subscription".

if you do not wish mSpy to automatically renew each month or billing period, you need to disable "Auto Renewal"
.
In order to disable auto renewal click one time on the blue "Disable Auto-Renewal" button.

Once you have clicked on "Disable Auto-Renewal", you will note that the text next to the button now indicates your auto renewal has been disabled.

In the event you wish to enable auto renewal, simply click the button once more
.
You should now see that auto renewal has once again been enabled.

if you'd like to update your credit card information with mSpy, click once on the "Update Credit Card Info" link

This will open a new webpage.

On this webpage you will be required to login

The login information for this webpage is different than your mSpy subscription information. If you do not know this information, check your email.

In your email you should have received four email messages when signing up for your free mSpy trial
.
One of the email messages from PayPro Global will have the login details. Locate that email and copy the login details.

Once you have entered in the login details you will then click the blue "Login" button
.
This will take you to the PayPro Global dashboard.

On the dashboard you will select 'My Credit Cards' to view your cards
.
You can click on a card to update it. If you do not have a credit card added, you may add one here.

To add a credit card to mSpy, simply click the "Add New Card" button one time

This will take you to a window where you can add your new credit card.

In the credit card window, you will need to fill out all of your credit card details

Make sure to fill them out exactly as they appear on your card.

How to cancel mspy.com How do I get to the screen that has cancel button?

Can't find screen I need to cancel mspy.com account. It keeps going between two screens and I can't cancel account on either one of them. I have followed the directions given but I can't seem to get it cancelled.
