Hello! Welcome to VisiHow! This is a tutorial on how to cancel an event that we have previously created on Facebook using the iPhone 6.

   To start with, we unlock the phone

   We tap the Facebook application to open it

   The Facebook icon looks like a blue square with the white letter "f" in it. We will be on our news feed. From the news feed, we need to go to our main Facebook menu.

   We tap on the "More" option in the bottom-right corner of the phone

   We need to locate the second section, "FAVORITES"

   If we have troubles searching for our own event, then we tap on "Upcoming" in the top-left section of the phone

   We tap "Hosting" to place the checkmark on it

   In this example, there will be only one event left from the list of the previous ones. It's the event that we are hosting and that we have created.

   There will be a menu bar with options at the top. The first option is "Edit".

   We tap on "Edit"

    If we want to cancel the event, we tap the "Cancel Event" button

    The button is all the way down. After we tap it, Facebook will be asking for our confirmation, if we are really sure that we want to delete it or not. This cannot be undone.

    If we are not sure that we want to cancel the event, we tap "No", of course

    If we are sure that we want to cancel the event, we tap "Yes"

    It will take a second or two to cancel the event.

    To see if the canceled event is still listed as upcoming, we tap on "Hosting"

    We tap "Upcoming"

    This will change the selection back to "Upcoming" and put a checkmark on it. We will see that we will not have the event listed in the upcoming events. All of the people who have joined the event will get a notification about the cancellation.
