Steps

    In the first cell, type the month and date of one's birthday. Let's use cell "A1" and your birthdate.

    In the second cell, type the current date. Let's use cell "B1" and the date format. The keyboard shortcut for typing in today's date is "Command" + ":" on the Mac or "Ctrl +" ":" on the PC.

    Click the third cell. Let's use cell "C1" and type the following formula: "=datedif(A1,B1,"y")". In this formula, "A1" is the initial-date cell, "B2" is the end-date cell, and "y" is the year.

    Then, press "Enter". In this video, the third cell will show that the person is 35 years old.

    Click the third cell, "C1", again. Change '"y"' to '"d"' in the formula to show the number of days. This person is almost 13,000 days old.
