I have no assist on my LG stylo 4 and the home button when held down doesn't take me to my settings on my phone..I am unable to bypass my Google lock...also my settings is greyed out in assablitys...I cannot see the video to get to you tube either it won't play, ....................................... Cannot get to settings its greyed out and my java is saying its not working...also I have no assist and can't get into the video to get to you tube...can not download any type of bypass app on the locked phone

How do I het passed the First lock screen on my LG stylos phone I purchased online?

I'm trying to unlock a new phone I purchased online. I can't get passed the first lock screen which is a swipe lock . So I hit verify by Google account which I don't know that info either cause I can't touch base with the original owner. Well I get passed step 1 and 2 , but step 3 says nothing about a phone password before appending to bypass the Google verification. I have tried: I've turn it on selected English as my language and connected to a WiFi network and then it takes me to swipe phone lock screen. How can you factory reset a metro pcs LG stylo4 ? I do not have access to previous email?

I hard reset it and now I can't get past the toggle touch assistant (icon with man). I do not have access to the previously used email. It does not explain what to do in case you are not brought to the Google menu. After step #6. I have tried: I HAVE TRIED HARD RESETTING and all steps until I got stuck ON STEP 6. LG stylo Google locked how do I un Google lock it? Step 1 is not clear I'm confused. It says to turn on LG boost. I have tried: I Factory reset which is what locked it.

So I tapped the icon of the little man holding out his arms and then a menu popped up with the home icon along with volume up volume down power and next so I hold down the home icon which is supposed to take me to a Google page instead it just pops up another icon that reads complete setup to continue
