By pass a Google account on a ZTE track phone wireless?

I tried to do the steps but the 123 to get to the Swift key isn't working. The steps say tap the 123 to get to the Swift key menu but it's not working it's not bringing up the menu. I have tried: Everything it says on how to by pass the goggle account up until it says tap the 123 and bring up the Swift menu and I've tried to tap the 123 button to bring up the Swift menu and it's not working. I think it was caused by: I'm not sure I don't know why it's not bringing up the menu and instead of 123 it says ?1😀 but the Swift menu ain't working
