Steps

First, we need to go to the notification menu to bring up Settings by swiping our finger down from the top of the home screen

We will access the notification panel.

We tap the gear-shaped icon in the top right-hand corner

The icon stands for Settings. We'll access Settings.

On the left-hand panel, there will be "Voice input methods" and "Motion control".

We will need to activate "Motions" by tapping the toggle next to "Motions" until it turns green

We tap "Motions" to go to the "Motions" settings

Under "Pan", we tap the "Browse an image" toggle to turn it on

When it is turned on, we can press and hold the screen while zoomed in on a picture; then, we can move the phone left, right, up, and down to pan. Let's try it.

We tap and hold the center point

We will be able to move up, down, left, or right from the center point that we've selected in the image.

Let's tap "Advanced settings"

We can increase or decrease the speed of panning.

Let us increase "Sensitivity" all the way up

We notice that we can move left, right, up, or down from the center point that we have chosen.

Let us decrease "Sensitivity" to zero

We put our finger and hold the screen for the center point to be activated
