Edited by Freya, Courtney, Eng
You're watching VisiHow. Today I am going to show you where you can browse your music on the Spotify application on an iPhone 6.
To begin, we need to unlock our phone by pressing the Lock button located on the right side of the device.
Alternatively, we can press the Home button located at the bottom of the front side of the phone.
Swipe to the right, this will take us to the Passcode screen where we can enter our Passcode.
We may also choose to use the Touch ID sensor instead, by pressing and holding our finger onto the Home button.
Once we are on the Home screen, we need to find the Spotify application icon. This icon features a green circle inside of a black square. Inside of the circle, there will be three, black, curved lines. The word "Spotify" will be written in white underneath of this icon.
Tap this icon once to open the Spotify application. We will be brought to the "BROWSE" page, which is the Home page of Spotify. We may also be taken to the sign up or login page, in which case please refer to our other video where we talk through how to do that.
What we need to do now, is find to the three, white, horizontal lines in the top left-hand corner.
Tap this icon once, this will bring up a black menu bar for us.
Then we are going to tap on the second to last option on this menu, labeled "Your Music". This option will have an icon with three, white, vertical lines on the left-hand side.
This is going to bring us to a new screen labeled "YOUR MUSIC" at the top. On this screen, we can scroll down and see the things we have recently played.
At the top, we will have an option labeled "Playlists", tap this once.
This will bring us to another screen labeled "PLAYLISTS". Here we can view our Playlists.
To go back, we will tap on the white arrow, located in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Next we have an option labeled "Songs", tap this once.
This is going to bring us to a new screen labeled "SONGS", here we can see the songs that we have saved.
To exit this screen and go back, we are going to tap on the white arrow located in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Our third option is labeled "Albums", tap this once.
We will now be on a page labeled "ALBUMS", here we can view the albums that we have saved.
Lastly, we have an option labeled "Artists", tap on this once.
This will bring us to a new page, with the word "ARTISTS" at the top. This will show us all of the artists that we are following.
Here we can tap on any of the artist names, for example, we will tap on "Django Reinhardt".
This will bring us to a new page, labeled "DJANGO REINHARDT". Here we have two options, "SHUFFLE PLAY" and "ARTIST PAGE".
Then we can simply tap the white arrow in the top left-hand corner to go back.
Press the same arrow a second time, this will bring us back to our "YOUR MUSIC" page.
We can now browse through whatever we may like, for example, we will tap on "Playlist".
From here we will tap on any one of our playlists, in our case we will tap on "Glen Miller & Orchestra Greats".
This will bring us to this playlist, where we can click on any song we like to listen to it.
To go back, we will press the white arrow in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Then press the same arrow another time, this will bring us back to the "YOUR MUSIC" page.
From here press the three, white, horizontal lines in the top left-hand corner.
This will bring up a menu for us, where we will press the option labeled "Browse". This is the second option, featuring an icon of some record sleeves to the left of the word "Browse".
We will now be taken back to the "BROWSE" page, which is like the Home page for Spotify. This is where we started when we first opened the application.
