Stretch the balloon from end to end

Repeat this step a few times. Move up and down the balloon, stretching out each section. It just makes the balloon a little bit easier to work with.

Blow into the tip to fill it with air

Pinch the tip and breathe as needed

This traps the air already in the balloon while we take a short break, so we don't lose any, and so we can get more air. Don't overfill the balloon, or it may pop.

When the balloon is a good size, pinch the tip and remove it from the mouth

Hold it closed so that the balloon stays filled.

Stretch the bottom end

Use one hand to continue pinching and keeping the air in the balloon. Use the other hand to pull the tip out to stretch it.
