Hello, and welcome to VisiHow. In this tutorial, we are going to show you how to block and unblock an account using the Twitter application on the HTC One M8.

   To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on the top of the phone

   Once the phone has been activated, we will see the lock screen.

   To unlock the phone, swipe the screen upwards

   Once the phone has been unlocked, we will see the home screen and multiple icons at the bottom. It is one of these icons that we will access to open up the applications folder.

   Tap the icon that looks like a grid of white dots, that is located at the bottom of the screen in the middle to open the applications folder

   Find the Twitter application, and tap on it once to open the application

   .

   The Twitter application has a blue background with a white bird on it, with the word "Twitter" underneath it. Your Twitter application may be in a different position in this folder, therefore you will need to find it.

   First, we need to find the account we want to block and tap on it once to open it

   Once we've opened the account, we'll need to tap on the three vertical dots icon located in the top-right corner of the screen

   Now, we'll tap on "Block"

   It will tell us "Block (username)? (username) will not be able to follow you or view your Tweets, and you will not see Tweets or notifications from (username).

   Tap on "BLOCK" to confirm and proceed

   Tap on "CANCEL" to cancel and not proceed. As we can see, it has notified us that the user has been blocked and will add the blocked icon and the word "Blocked" to the persons profile. The blocked icon is a red circle with a line through it.

   To unblock an account, go to the specific account that is blocked and tap on the three vertical dots icon located in the top-right corner of the screen
